Dan and Clare's baby born
Dan & Clare's baby was born this morning, July 22nd at 7:40 A.M. Everything went well and Clare had a fairly easy delivery. The baby does not yet have a name, but she is beautiful....weighed 7lb 1oz and was 20 inches long. We are so grateful. This makes #30 grandchild, and they are all perfect!

Brian's last days
Brian & Sarah especially wanted to go to the cabin while they were here, It was Uncle John's week, and Johnny was up there, but he was nice to let us join him. Not all the family could come, but several made it up just for a couple of days.
FOUR BROTHERS! Mark, Dan, Brian & Brad after a few hours hitting the balls in the big pasture! Sorry Rick wasn't able to come to the cabin.Brad & Brian on the back porch just before we had to leave on Friday.
This was taken Saturday morning just before we took Brian to the airport. Emily dropped in on her way home from work at the hospital to say goodbye. It was a sad time. We soooooo enjoyed having Brian and Sarah and the girls here for a couple of weeks.
Family Dinner at Rick & Donna's new addition
On Sunday, June 22, Rick & Donna had the whole family to their home to see their new addition (it is wonderful) and to celebrate Brian & Sarah's visit. Everyone was there, and we had a grand time. Thanks, Rick & Donna and family.

Abby & Cannon meet!
Abby & Cannon were born just 2 days apart and this was their first meeting. Sarah & Brian had just flown in the night before and Cannon was the first cousin they went to visit!
Cannon was NOT impressed at first....in fact he wouldn't even look at her!"You may have more hair than I do, but MY legs are stronger!"
Cannon is still not sure about this new cousin!.....
But 3 days later at Rick & Donna's he had warmed up and decided she was pretty cool!!
Madison & Mesia at Grandma & Grandpa's
It was so fun having Madison and Mesia get to know each other again. It was like they had never been apart. They play so well together. I just feel bad they don't live closer....well maybe someday, I hope.
Showing their "dollys" the flowers after a fun time in the sprinklers.Just hanging out on the bench getting dry.
Having a cookie together...

First Cabin Week Jun 9-14
Our first cabin week was unbelievable! The first 3 days looked more like January than June. We had a major snow storm and the temperature dipped into the 20's at night! Luckily by the end of the week it warmed up and was quite nice.
There were even icicles!!
The boys (with the help of Donna) cut us a lot of wood on the island. We kept the fire going those first days.
Keeping warm under the quilts....and watching movies, until the snow melted. Dallin, Eli, Eliza, Joshua, Taylor and Abby
Thawing out our feet by the fire..Taylor, Stafford, Joshua, and Eliza
Wow...what a catch...and with a homemade spear too!!
The sun came out on Friday, but it was still cold. Abby, Eliza and Mesa in the hammock
All the girls watching a movie at night on the bunk bed
