Mark (our artist son) has created these beautiful Temple pictures which he photographed and designed. We are excited about them! You can view his online gallery by clicking on the banner to the right or by going to his website at http://markevans.imagekind.com/ The pictures can be customized with different papers, mattes, and frames and can even be viewed against different colored backgrounds to see how they would look in your home. You can also just order a print and frame it yourself. They are very reasonably priced and would make great gifts. If you know of anyone who is looking for a special picture of the Temple , please let them know about his website.
Thanks

Sunday Nights at Grandma & Grandpa's

Our favorite times in life right now are the Sundays our families gather together at our home. We feel so blessed to have them all live so close (and hope Brian and Sarah will soon be living here), and are so grateful they all enjoy one another. The cousins love getting together and there is hardly ever any disagreements! Everyone helps bring something for the dinner which really helps. We are REALLY going to miss these Sunday dinners when we are in Nauvoo!! :(

Last Sunday we celebrated Lauren and Wendy's birthdays....but Wendy left for work before I could get a picture. Donna made two wonderful cakes, which were devoured by our clan!! This was the other cake for Wendy. Donna even made the flowers and leaves and butterflies!

"Funny" Uncle Brad with Mesia, Gracie, and Abby. They love to tease him, and he is so good with all the kids.

Sweet little Anna with her daddy. Dan is a very tender father. We are so grateful he and Clare have these two precious little girls.

Cannon with his "silly" daddy! Kevin keeps us all laughing, and we love having him in our family, but he is also a very, very good father, and Cannon is lucky to have him.

More Sunday night pictures.

This was taken in January before Brian and Sarah left...but I thought it was a great picture of 3 of our 4 daughters-in-law...Wendy, Clare (with Anna) and Sarah. Someday we will get Donna in the picture :). Anyway they are ALL wonderful girls and great wifes and mothers!! We are so grateful for each of them, and all they have added to our family!

Christina & Angela...two of our four daughters. We are grateful for our daughters too, of course. It brings us such joy to see them all raising rightous children, and living the Gospel. We must have done something right in raising them :)
Our Daughter, Emily, with her son Cannon......not enjoying this hug right now :)
Our daughter, Michelle with Hannah....very content! As I was saying...you can see they are all good mothers.

Our son-in-law Dave Tingey....looks like he is happy to be helping in the kitchen. They are all helpful....we appreciate that!

Our son-in-law, Steve Barlow, and his daughter, Tessa. Steve isn't always this bored when he visits on Sunday :)

Grandkids!

I haven't posted anything on this blog for so long....it has just been a very busy time and I haven't taken many pictures. I spent a week and a half in Burley helping with my Dad when he came home from the care center. Didn't take any pictures :(....but he is doing well...and is back walking with his walker. Thanks again everyone for your prayers. I just hope and pray he will continue to get strong and does not fall again!
I though I would post a few pictures of our grandchildren and their accomplishments. They are ALL very accomplished, of course, but these are a few pictures I have. Wish we could come to ALL of their games and performances etc. etc, but we will try to come whenever we can so please keep us informed.

Tara with her parents at her last halftime dance performance at a Bountiful basketball game for this season. We are just SICK that we are going to miss her dance concert this year. She is very talented!

Abby dressed as and getting ready to give her report on Thomas Edison at her school. Isn't she darling? I'll bet Edison wasn't nearly this cute! That's a light bulb she is holding up...(you know the light bulb and Edison ) Got it!?

Mallory after her performance in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolored Dreamcoat. Her Elementary School put this entire play on and it WAS AMAZING! Mallory is a talented actress and singer, and we expect to see her in a lead role someday....maybe even on Broadway!! :)

Alexa, pointing to the poster of her at school showing that she was chosen to have lunch with the Principal! What an honor, and who wouldn't want to have lunch with this darling little girl?! She is a great student too! Our oldest grandchild, Ricky, who will be turning 19 in December. He is not only talented on the violin, as you can see, but is also VERY SMART! He just received a FULL scholarship to the University of Utah !!! Congratulations Ricky!!

More Grandkid's talents

We attended a piano recital for three of our Grandchildren on February 24th. Emma, Dallin and Rachel. THEY WERE THE VERY BEST of the whole program! And that is not just because we are their grandparents! :) Most all of our grandchildren play the piano or some musical instrument and they are talented!

Emma playing a duet with her teacher.
This is Rachel behind all that beautiful hair :)
Dallin played his piece memorized as you can see and he didn't miss a note. We were so proud of all of them! I also know it requires a lot of work from their mothers.....so THANKS MOMS!
